RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

WHAT’S ALLOWED

  • YOU CAN REQUEST A RETURN OR A SIZE EXCHANGE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
  • RETURNS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY, VALID FOR 12 MONTHS FROM THE ISSUE DATE.
  • WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, UNLESS YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT. THIS HELPS US STICK TO OUR SUSTAINABILITY GOALS BY MINIMIZING WASTE AND UNNECESSARY SHIPPING.

WHEN YOU CAN REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • IF THE ITEM DOESN’T FIT.
  • IF YOUR ITEM OR ITS PACKAGING WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
  • IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR INCOMPLETE (E.G., A MISSING ACCESSORY OR PART)
  • IF WE SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT.

CONDITIONS FOR ELIGIBILITY

  • ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED, WITH TAGS INTACT, AND RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
  • SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. WE DON’T ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON THOSE.
  • ALL RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BEFORE WE ISSUE STORE CREDIT OR SEND OUT A NEW SIZE.

HOW IT WORKS

  • YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR ORDER ONLY BEFORE IT SHIPS. AFTER THAT, IT’S IN MOTION.
  • OUR COURIER WILL MAKE TWO PICKUP ATTEMPTS. IF BOTH FAIL, YOU’LL NEED TO SHIP THE ITEM BACK YOURSELF.
  • REVERSE PICKUPS DEPEND ON SERVICE AVAILABILITY IN YOUR AREA.
  • ONCE WE GET THE ITEM, WE’LL RUN A QUICK QUALITY CHECK, AND IF ALL’S GOOD, YOUR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED.
  • PROCESSING USUALLY TAKES 7–10 WORKING DAYS AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEM.
